Today, the Product Protection Committee of the Iraqi Ministry of Industry and Minerals concluded its visit to the ALKO Aluminum profiles factory located in the Kawashi Industrial Zone, Duhok Governorate. The visit lasted four days of fieldwork and direct monitoring of production lines.
This initiative came in response to a request from a group of aluminum manufacturing and production companies across Iraq. Its purpose was to assess the needs of local factories and take the necessary measures to ensure the continuity of national production and protect it from practices that may harm the domestic product.
This step reflects the Ministry’s commitment to supporting national industry and enhancing its competitiveness in the Iraqi market.
